For the last three years, Alicia Pon has
delivered psycho-educational assessments, behavioral management,
counseling and parent education in Hong Kong, China and Singapore.
She has extensive experience teaming with medical professionals,
schools and therapists from other specialties to support parents
and children with their challenges.
Alicia Pon is also a Registered Social Worker with eight years
experience working with special schools in Singapore. She has supported
and guided children & adolescents with disabilities and their
families by providing one to one & group counseling, parent
education and public workshops on behavioral management of disabled
individuals. She has also conducted diagnostic assessment and interventions
